The Punta Candelero project provided an overall campus master plan for a residential and hospitality resort within the master resort of Palmas del Mar.  The plan called for a 30 key hotel, 200 key condo-hotel villas, 64 Regent branded residences, 12 spa suites, 76 Solarea condominium units, Spa, multiple pools and recreational areas.  Nestled on the eastern most point of the island of Puerto Rico, Punta Candelero is graced with beautiful sandy beaches and spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea and nearby islands.
