The Senderos Community Facilities serve 98 detached single family residences. Comprised of a 5,000 s.f. pool area and a 2,500 sq.ft. multipurpose activity area, this facility blends indoor and outdoor spaces to create a tropical and informal setting for family and friends. This facility was designed using green building criteria which includes, among others, a green roof and alternative energy generation.
