Located on the residential development of Belair in Guaynabo city, the park encompasses 4 acres. Belair park is a multi-purpose facility that improves the quality of life through access to recreation , sports and community. Within the park, the plan called for a gymnasium, a pool, two tennis courts and a playground along with landscaped walking paths and meeting spaces.
