The new Río Piedras Municipal Government Complex is composed of two buildings connected by a common grand lobby. The twelve floor office tower houses 225,000 sq.ft. of administrative facilities. The annex building includes three movie theaters, a street level retail area and a roof-top event plaza.

The design of this complex is conceived within the frame of the newly implemented master plan for the revitalization of the Río Piedras urban infrastructure.
