This mixed-use development will be one of the first in Puerto Rico to be certified as an environmentally sound building by the U.S. Green Building Council. This 100 residential unit and 50,000 sq. ft. of retail space project serves as a catalyst for the development of the P.R. Convention Center District as well as an iconic gateway. Features include a roof top pool terrace and urban plazas. The ground floor area is mainly occupied by retail and commercial area with outdoor eateries spilling out into the public plaza and wide sidewalks. The urban environment is further enhanced by providing ample covered walkways around the building. The smooth curve of the north facade is an extension of the master plan scheme. This simple gesture creates public spaces that connect to the district parks.
