Overlooking the beautiful gardens of the Puerto Rico Museum of Art, this 170-unit residential complex is centered around cultural and commercial institutions, parks, restaurants and recreational facilities. Roof gardens are provided as public spaces for the use of residents. The project also provides 350 parking spaces in 3 underground levels. Lobbies of the 4 condominiums are located at the street corners where building height increases to 10 floors. The 6 floor building section accommodates the roof terraces on top.
